Use
Suitable for the removal of contaminated air with medium temperatures.
Working temperature
– 20°C + 180°C.
Construction
Axial-flow fan, belt drive, The impeller is made of die-cast aluminium and has adjustable blades. Shaped inlet and hot galvanized housing.
Special constructions
On demand these fans can be supplied with a housing made of stainless steel AISI 304 -316, with special coatings.
Motor
The motor is three-phase, 230/400 V, 50 Hz, B3; (other frequencies, tensions on demand).
Direction of the air
Normally supplied with the air flowing from the support to the impeller to the support (B), with special orders the fans can be supplied with the direction from the impeller to the support (A).

FORWARD BLADES IMPELLER – BELT DRIVE FS-P

FS-P

Belt drive, single inlet centrifugal fan. Manufactured from carbon steel protected with cataforesis primer + polyurethane paint finish RAL 7045.
Working temperature range: -20ºC/+100ºC continuously. Version with cooling disk up to +300°C.

Standard arrangement
Arrangement 1: Bare shaft without transmission and motor.
Arrangement 9: Belt drive. Motor fixed aside the support frame.
Arrangement 12: Belt drive. Fan and motor fitted on the base frame.

Motors
2, 4 or 6 pole, IE3* high efficiency (the rpm of each motor will be adapted according to the calculation for each drive), three-phase 230/400V 50Hz up to motor size 112 and 400/690V 50Hz for higher motors. IP55 protection, class F.
From 75kW to 200kW, the motor will be IE4.

FORWARD BLADES IMPELLER – DIRECT DRIVE FS-P

FS-P

Direct drive, single inlet centrifugal fan. Manufactured from carbon steel protected with cataforesis primer + polyurethane paint finish RAL 7045.
Working temperature range: -20ºC/+100ºC continuously.

Standard arrangements
Arrangement 4: Impeller mounted on the B3 motor shaft supported by the pedestal. Version with cooling disk up to +220°C.
Arrangement 5: Impeller mounted on the B5 motor shaft fitted on the casing sideplate. Version with cooling disk up to +220°C.
Arrangement 8: Flexible coupling that connects the motor to the fan shaft. Version with cooling disk up to +300°C.

Motors
2, 4 or 6 pole, IE3* high efficiency, three-phase 230/400V 50Hz up to motor size 112 and 400/690V 50Hz for higher motors. IP55 protection, class F.
From 75kW to 200kW, the motor will be IE4.

Single inlet direct-drive centrifugal fan with forward-curved impeller.
Insulation panel is manufactured from galvanized sheet steel with internal thermal insulation of mineral fiber.

Continuous operation with air stream up to 250ºC.
Application: hot air recirculation in furnace.

CENTRIFUGAL FANS FOR FURNACE APPLICATIONS CFHT Series

CFHT

Range of belt drive centrifugal fans designed for hot air recycling in furnace and continuous operation with air stream up to 300ºC.
Frameworks are manufactured from electro-welded sheet with high grade thermal and acoustic insulation rock wool panel and with a though black colour, special paint coating for high temperature applications.
All models incorporate high performance backward curved centrifugal impellers from FR range.
Suitable for horizontal or vertical operation (indicate on the order).
External lubricators are provide for easy lubrication of bearings.
The drive system consists of a belt drive pulley system.

Motors
4 pole motors, IP55, class F.
Electrical supply:
Three-phase 230/400V-50Hz up to 3kW and 400/690V-50Hz for higher motor powers.
